Job Description
The job requires you to successfully pass the following screening rounds: - HR Round - Functional Round - Psychometric Test - Typing Test (Minimum speed of 25/90) - Voice Versant Test (Minimum Level 4) You will need a laptop with Windows 10 operating system and an Intel i5 processor, along with a Wi-Fi connection with a speed of at least 50 MBPS. A USB headset is also required for the role. This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes rotational shifts. As part of the application process, you will be asked the following questions: 1. Do you have a laptop 2. Do you have a Wi-Fi connection 3. Do you have power backup 4. Which processor are you using in your laptop The preferred educational qualification for this role is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), while a minimum of 1 year of total work experience and 1 year of customer service experience is required.
