Equal Education Partners is seeking passionate and dedicated Welsh-speaking Supply Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team. These roles will be based in our partner schools across the Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot areas, supporting primary pupils in Key Stages 1 and 2, or secondary pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4.

We collaborate closely with schools in the region to provide high-quality support, offering both short-term and long-term opportunities.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For:

To join us as a Teaching Assistant, you should:

✅ Have experience working with children
✅ Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to process a new one
✅ Be eligible to work in the UK
✅ Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Be committed to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of children
