Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor - Cardiff Equal Education Partners

Equal Education Partners is in search of a proficient Cover Supervisor who is fluent in Welsh to support various schools in the region. In this role, you will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, providing a seamless educational experience for students and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.

You will have the flexibility to choose your assignments on a full-time or part-time basis, working across multiple schools that cater to Welsh-speaking students. This position is perfect for individuals looking to contribute to the education sector while enhancing their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage students during lessons
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students are on task
• Manage classroom behaviour and foster a productive learning environment
• Encourage student participation and support their learning needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• Fluency in Welsh is essential
• Experience working with secondary school students
