Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Shopify Store Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Shopify platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date, including pricing, descriptions, and inventory. Utilize Shopify apps, plugins, and other tools to optimize product visibility and functionality across the store. User Experience Enhancement: Improve the overall design, navigation, and checkout process to ensure a seamless and intuitive shopping experience for customers. Monitor customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Site Performance & Technical Support: Continuously monitor website performance, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth user journey. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise, collaborating with the development team for quick resolutions. Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze website metrics (traffic, bounce rates, cart abandonment, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for improving conversion rates. Develop and implement strategies to increase site performance, product visibility, and overall sales. Campaign Execution & Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches on the website. Ensure all campaigns are properly executed and optimized for maximum engagement and sales. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Regularly generate reports using Shopify and analytics tools to track performance and identify actionable insights. Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to improve user experience, sales, and marketing effectiveness. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Web Development, Business, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing Shopify stores with a proven track record of enhancing site performance and increasing online sales. Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Shopify platform management, including apps, plugins, and theme customization. Familiarity with SEO principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Proficient in using Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, and other e-commerce analytics tools. Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize website performance. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and sales teams. Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and CRM tools. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Canva).
