Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Website Project Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality websites and user experiences. In addition to managing website projects from start to finish, this role will require a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of web aesthetics. You will manage client relationships, oversee the website design process, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of websites that meet client goals and expectations. Key Responsibilities: Project and Practice Management Lead website projects, overseeing the implementation process from kickoff to delivery. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan for each client, ensuring all deliverables are on track and in line with client expectations. Identify and allocate resources needed for each implementation, assigning responsibilities to team members based on skillsets. Manage day-to-day project tasks, including scope, timelines, and deliverables. Review design and development work produced by the team, ensuring it meets quality standards before sharing with the client. Enforce project standards, ensuring that methodologies are followed, and risk is minimized. Ensure all project documentation is complete, organized, and properly stored. Project Accounting and Reporting Has experience with project management tools. Experience on Click-Up is preferred. Track and report team hours per client, ensuring budget and timelines are adhered to. Experienced in resource forecasting and planning. Business Development Identify opportunities for "add-on" sales and business development related to the projects. Lead proposal efforts, including project scoping and providing strategic recommendations to clients. Effectively communicate the value and vision of our projects in both written and verbal discussions. Client Communication and Relationship Management Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback to ensure satisfaction. Lead client meetings, including regular project status updates, and present progress in an engaging and informative manner. Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly and tactfully. Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to ensure successful project outcomes. Design and Technical Understanding Provide insight into website design, ensuring the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) meet high-quality standards. Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing website designs that align with client objectives. Maintain a strong understanding of website design best practices and emerging trends. Understand technical elements such as application programming, databases, client/server architecture, and the Internet and Intranet environments. Leadership and Team Management Inspire and mentor team members to develop their skills and meet professional development goals. Promote a collaborative environment and facilitate efficient teamwork within the project team. Address and resolve any team conflicts or communication issues. Challenge and motivate the team to continuously strive for excellence and share lessons learned from previous projects. Internal Operations and Process Improvement Contribute to process improvements and suggest potential solutions to streamline workflows. Lead internal teams or task forces focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Review team status reports and address any issues or delays in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience in website project management, preferably with a background in web design. Strong understanding of website design principles, including UI/UX, layout, typography, color schemes, and usability. Familiarity with modern website development tools and platforms (e.g., Duda, WordPress, Shopify, Wix). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively. Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira). Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong understanding of web technologies, including front-end and back-end design, databases, and system architecture.
