Job Description
As a Content Manager, your main responsibility will be to create, edit, and maintain website content. This includes writing new content, creating new pages, and removing outdated content to ensure a fresh and engaging online presence. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring a seamless user experience by making sure the website is easy to navigate and presents content in a logical order. Your role will also involve technical management aspects such as identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, performing software updates, and ensuring the website's security measures are up to date. Monitoring and reporting on website performance, as well as analyzing website metrics to make data-driven decisions, will be crucial in optimizing the website's performance. In line with the organization's goals and strategies, you will be required to develop strategies to improve website traffic and align the website with the overall business objectives. Facilitating website integrations with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and ensuring website compliance with relevant laws and regulations will also fall under your responsibilities.
