Role Description Were looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Trivandrum. This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and be capable of creating visually appealing layouts and converting them into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML. Qualifications Design visually compelling website layouts, UI components, and page flows using Figma or Adobe Photoshop Translate high-fidelity designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices Collaborate with developers or backend teams to implement front-end integration Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices Required Skills & Experience: Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop with a strong design portfolio Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript Experience in converting design mockups to clean, maintainable HTML/CSS code Strong understanding of responsive design techniques using Flexbox, Grid, and media queries Familiarity with web design principles, typography, and color theory Knowledge of design systems and reusable UI components,
