At Univisory, we help students unlock admissions to the worlds top universities through research, innovation, and personalized mentorship. As we grow, we're looking for a Tech Associate who can serve as our digital backbone building apps, supporting student projects, and maintaining our main website. This is the perfect role for a tech-savvy developer who wants flexible hours and meaningful work with visible impact. Key Responsibilities: 1. App Development (iOS + Android): Develop and maintain simple, user-friendly apps for internal workflows and student-facing tools Use cross-platform frameworks (Flutter / React Native) for fast, efficient builds Ensure functionality across devices and manage app store deployments 2. Web Development for Student Projects: Build responsive, visually appealing websites to showcase student research and innovation Implement forms, dashboards, and interactive content Offer creative input on layouts, flow, and UI design 3. Website Maintenance (univisory.org): Update content, troubleshoot bugs, and enhance performance Build new landing pages, improve UI/UX, and ensure SEO optimization Collaborate with our design and content teams for smooth rollouts Must-Have Skills & Tools: Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Firebase, or similar CMS Platforms: WordPress (Elementor), Webflow, or equivalent App Development: Flutter or React Native Tools: GitHub, Figma (for handoff), Google Analytics, SEO basics Bonus: Familiarity with deployment (Vercel, Netlify), Zapier, and form integrations (Typeform, Jotform) What Were Looking For: 1+ years of development experience A strong sense of ownership and design intuition Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong communication and responsiveness (especially during critical rollouts) Bonus: Interest in education, student-led innovation, or academic products,
