As a member of the Support organization at Oracle, your primary focus is to provide post-sales support and solutions to our valued customers. In this role, you will be the advocate for customer needs, resolving both non-technical and technical inquiries via phone and electronic channels. Your responsibilities include addressing questions related to the use of Oracle products, troubleshooting Electronic Support Services, and serving as a key point of contact for customers. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships by offering advice and assistance to both customers and internal Oracle employees. As a Senior Systems Engineer at Oracle, you will engage with the customer's IT staff regularly, either on-site or remotely. Your responsibilities will involve resolving moderately complex technical issues related to the installation, maintenance, and usage of Oracle products, as well as providing repair solutions and workarounds. To excel in this role, you should have a high level of expertise in several Oracle products and supported platforms. You will have the autonomy to work independently, with minimal guidance from management, while keeping the management informed about your progress and status.
