Job Description:
As a Website Solution Design and Client Engagement Specialist at Webential.com, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' unique business needs and translating them into innovative website solutions. You will collaborate closely with our sales team and clients to create custom website proposals that address specific requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering:
Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather and document client needs.
Analyze and interpret client requirements to develop a deep understanding of their business processes and pain points.

Solution Design and Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the sales team to create customized website solution proposals that align with client requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, including website functionalities, content management systems, integration requirements, and project timelines.
Develop compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and value propositions to showcase the benefits of the proposed website solution.

Stakeholder Management and Presentations:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, executives, and technical teams.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the proposed website solution and its potential impact on the client's business.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections by providing expert insights and positioning the company's offerings effectively.

Competitive Analysis and Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings in the web development and digital marketing space.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, target industries, and client segments.
Analyze competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to develop differentiated and competitive website solutions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including web developers, designers, project managers, and subject matter experts, to develop feasible and accurate website solution proposals.
Ensure effective knowledge transfer from the pre-sales phase to the delivery team, providing comprehensive documentation and insights.

Additional Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in web development technologies and tools.
Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Web Flow, Magento etc.) and web design principles is a plus.
Demonstrated track record as a Website Business Analyst in a pre-sales or sales support role, ideally within a web development company or a similar professional context.
