As a Development Team Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high-performing work team by recruiting qualified individuals, providing training, and overseeing performance management, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Your leadership will be guided by integrity, ethical business standards, and adherence to company policies and practices. You will autonomously manage daily operations to achieve departmental and organizational goals, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and embracing new responsibilities. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and at all organizational levels will be a key aspect of your role. Your technical expertise will encompass a range of programming languages, frameworks, and tools, including but not limited to C#, JavaScript, Vue.JS, React.JS, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and various testing frameworks. Proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies such as waterfall, Kanban, and agile is expected, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, provide impact analysis, and facilitate root cause analysis will be critical to your success in this role. Ideally, you will hold a degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 12 years of experience in software development. However, equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
