We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 1 year of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our brand and meet our business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience with responsive layouts, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging and responsive web pages, landing pages, and UI elements. Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver web projects. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites and applications. Maintain and update existing websites to improve design and usability. Ensure designs meet branding guidelines and user experience best practices. Optimize sites for performance, speed, and accessibility. Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Experience with responsive and adaptive design. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Strong portfolio of design projects. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind). Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization. Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
