Job Description

Job Title: Website Designer

Timings:10am-7pm

Working Day: Mon-Sat (Sunday Fixed Off)

Location -Janakpuri,Delhi

Key Responsibilities

Website Design

• Design and update website pages using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify)
• Ensure responsive design across all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience
• Create graphics, layouts, banners, and landing pages as needed
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines

Website Maintenance

• Regularly update plugins, themes, and core CMS
• Fix bugs, broken links, and compatibility issues
• Monitor site speed, uptime, and performance (e.g. using GTmetrix or PageSpeed Insights)
• Implement and monitor basic website security and backups
• Ensure the site is SEO-friendly and accessible

Technical & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve website errors or downtime
• Coordinate with hosting providers and domain registrars
• Maintain forms, CTAs, and integrations (e.g., with CRMs, newsletters, payment gateways)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in web design and website maintenance
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic)
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva)
• Basic understanding of SEO, page speed optimization, and Google Analytics
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Familiarity with web animation tools or libraries
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Basic experience in version control (Git) is a plus
