Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Designer cum Developer who can design visually appealing websites and also develop them into fully functional and responsive digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern web design trends and hands-on coding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging and user-friendly website interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern design tools.
Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap.
Implement WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionalities.
Convert PSD/Figma/XD designs into pixel-perfect web pages.
Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketers, and backend developers to align design and functionality.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
Manage website updates, backups, security patches, and performance enhancements.
Troubleshoot and debug website issues.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Key Skills

Proven work experience as a Web Designer and Developer.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress (mandatory), Shopify, or Magento is a plus.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools.
Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to web design.
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

bachelors degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with basic PHP, MySQL, or any MVC framework is an advantage.
