Job Summary Creates, develops and produces web based programs for the Agent, Employee and customer websites. Responsible for custom designing, coordinating content development and maintaining of our web portal content. Responsible for working on a variety of projects primarily involved in web site design and development. Essential Job Functions Creates, develops and produces web based pages for the Agent, Employee and customer websites as assigned by the e-Business department and for other functions as appropriate. Create and implement innovative web technologies to support on-going e- Business strategies. These include, but are not limited to, designing special web pages, trackers, presentations and programs as needed by e-Business or other departments. Track website activity and produce reports. Update and create HTML files, optimized graphics and PDF files. Ensure the quality, integrity and accuracy of all information submitted for posting. Creates design templates to be used by others. Routinely review website architecture and conduct needs analysis for suggested improvements and enhancements. Works with other functions to implement programs, pages and web based activities. Maintains liaison with vendors as required to perform duties. Performs other duties as assigned. Solutioning: Collaborate with internal clients to determine the website's layout, user interface, and navigation. Performance and Analytics: Monitoring website traffic and run analytics reports Production Support: Assist with the upkeep of the portal, including evaluating requests for modifications, making edits to graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
