You are invited to join our team as a Web Consultant for our international voice process. Your main responsibility will involve reaching out to potential clients in Australia and the UK through cold calls to understand their web-related needs and propose customized web solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional communication skills, a sound knowledge of web technologies, and a successful sales background. Your duties will include contacting prospects in Australia and the UK, comprehending their web requirements, and advocating various web solutions such as website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services. You will be expected to generate leads, nurture relationships with potential clients, and ultimately convert them into satisfied customers. Furthermore, maintaining accurate customer details in the CRM system, meeting or surpassing monthly sales goals, and collaborating with the sales team and management to enhance sales strategies will be part of your daily tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, specifically in cold calling and managing international clients, coupled with excellent English language skills, a deep understanding of web technologies, and proficiency in digital marketing solutions. You must possess strong persuasive and negotiation abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction, along with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team. A high level of motivation to achieve sales targets and the flexibility to work shifts that cater to clients in Australia and the UK are crucial for this role. This is a full-time position with a work schedule that includes day shifts, evening shifts, and fixed shifts, along with the opportunity for a performance bonus. The preferred candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. The work location is on-site.
