Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Wealth Manager - Real Estate, based in Delhi, India. The Wealth Manager will oversee property management, administer leases, and manage real estate transactions. Responsibilities include evaluating real estate investment opportunities, advising clients on property acquisitions and sales, coordinating lease agreements, and optimizing commercial real estate assets. The role demands strong client relationship management and thorough market analysis to enhance the value of real estate portfolios. Qualifications Property Management skills, including oversight of properties and coordination with tenants Lease Administration skills, with experience in managing lease agreements and renewals In-depth knowledge of Leases, including terms, conditions, and negotiation Real Estate skills, with expertise in property acquisitions, sales, and market analysis Commercial Real Estate skills, with a focus on optimizing commercial property portfolios Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in wealth management or real estate advisory is an advantage,
