Wayside Amenities Incharge

  • Oversee the management and operation of wayside amenities including restrooms, food outlets, and parking facilities, fuel stations, trauma center etc
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience at These complex
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all wayside amenities
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality services and products at the complex
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Train and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain cleanliness at all times
  • Collaborate with the WSA team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to wayside amenities operations and performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in amenities management
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
