Job Description
Wayside Amenities Incharge
- Oversee the management and operation of wayside amenities including restrooms, food outlets, and parking facilities, fuel stations, trauma center etc
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience at These complex
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all wayside amenities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality services and products at the complex
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Train and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain cleanliness at all times
- Collaborate with the WSA team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare reports and documentation related to wayside amenities operations and performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in amenities management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in Wayside Amenities and Hospitality, Facility or retail, airport management, administration Industry
- Demonstrated track record of success in managing wayside amenities and optimizing operations
- Proven experience in ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
