To excel in this position, you must uphold a high ethical standard, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have proficiency in various computer applications. An ideal warranty clerk is analytical, knowledgeable about cars and trucks, and adept at building positive customer relationships. Responsibilities: - Ensuring the accuracy and proper maintenance of documents. - Staying informed about company announcements and factory recalls. - Organizing and updating customer and service records. - Cultivating strong relationships with clients. - Collaborating with manufacturers. - Negotiating agreements on behalf of customers and the organization.
