Major Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and manage replenishments.

Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage warehouse budgets.
Optimize operational costs without sacrificing efficiency.

Safety & Regulatory Compliance
Enforce health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

Warehouse Layout & Space Optimization
Design efficient storage systems and workflow layouts.

System Management
Oversee use of WMS/ERP systems for real-time tracking and reporting.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
Collaborate with transport, procurement, and production teams.

Ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

Performance Monitoring
Set and track KPIs for warehouse productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement
Resolve operational issues and lead process improvement initiatives.
