Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Manage and lead warehouse staff assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure training. Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy. Ensure timely order processing and on-time dispatch of goods. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth supply chain flow. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse efficiency. Plan space utilization and layout for optimal storage and flow. Handle periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
