Key Responsibilities Oversee complete warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, packaging, and dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory control systems and ensure real-time stock updates. Plan and optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization. Coordinate with production and sales teams to align stock levels with demand. Manage a team of warehouse staff assign tasks, supervise performance, and ensure safety compliance. Implement and monitor SOPs for warehouse processes (FIFO, packaging, labeling, loading/unloading). Ensure timely dispatches and minimize delivery errors or delays. Maintain warehouse hygiene, organization, and equipment upkeep. Handle logistics coordination and vendor management (transport, material handling, etc.). Prepare periodic reports on stock, inward/outward movement, and loss/damage if any. Requirements Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. 45 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in packaging, plastics, or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of inventory software (Tally, Excel, ERP, WMS). Hands-on experience with stock audits and inventory reconciliations. Leadership ability with team management skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance norms. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
