Location: Guwahati, Indore, Lucknow Salary: As per market standards Job Description Warehouse Manager Should be able to guide and train people Good knowledge of handling warehouse Good knowledge of Logistics/ 3PL Industry. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Responsible for smooth operation (Manpower allocation, Equipment handling). Responsible all incoming and outgoing material records registers. Utilizing logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures responsible for security (Guard allocation, record maintenance). Responsible for training of manpower required as per the customer requirements. Should be able to implement the SOP of warehouse management. To process all necessary documentation within the Warehouse and complete all relevant system related transactions To produce the highest standard of work possible in accordance with the companys procedures and customers SLAs To work as a member of a team helping to implement and carryout all company working practices for Health, Safety and Environmental procedures. Responsible for developing some cost reducing strategies over all activities of warehouse Setup layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures such as SOP, 5S. Should be aquatint with all warehouse related reporting structures. Should be responsible for well versed with the inventory management Responsible for Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area. Overseeing the planned maintenance of office vehicles, machinery and other equipments. Responsible for running shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.,
