Job Description
The Warehouse Manager role in the Logistics & Supply Chain department at Kundli - Sonipat involves overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of garments and raw materials. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting stock audits, and implementing inventory control systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfilment, and managing logistics coordination. As the Warehouse Manager, you will supervise and train warehouse staff, enforce safety protocols, and optimize warehouse space utilization. Coordinating with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely delivery is a key aspect of the role. Compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and maintaining documentation for GST and stock transfers are also part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, at least 3 years of warehouse management experience in the garments or textiles industry, proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of garment packaging and inventory dynamics.
