Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular and random audits of warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy between physical counts and system records. Review and verify receiving and shipping processes, including ensuring that all goods are properly documented. Inspect inventory storage and ensure all items are stored and handled in accordance with safety and organizational policies. Collaborate with warehouse management to identify discrepancies and develop corrective action plans. Review and verify warehouse operational processes, including order picking, packing, and shipping. Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, discrepancies, and recommendations. Assist with the development of internal audit procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency. Assist with training warehouse staff on inventory control and auditing procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and auditing standards. Assist with the annual physical inventory count and reconciliation process. Perform other related duties as required.
