As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient order processing. You will lead a team, assign tasks, and oversee packing staff to maintain high productivity levels. Monitoring inventory levels, organizing goods, and ensuring accurate inventory management will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as documentation, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in warehouse management, preferably in the e-commerce sector. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential for this role. Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems will be advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
