Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Waiter or Waitress to enhance the dining experience for our customers. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages. The ideal candidate should possess patience, a friendly personality, and the determination to excel in this role. Please note that working in shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required. Knowledge of Shakes and Coffee is a plus. Your primary duty as a Waiter/Waitress is to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating customers, presenting the menu, offering recommendations, taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean dining area. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively with the kitchen staff, follow health department regulations, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress - Familiarity with cash registers and ordering systems - Attentiveness and patience with customers - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Active listening skills and a team-oriented mindset - Flexibility to work various shifts - High school diploma; food safety training is advantageous This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from 11,000.00 to 18,000.00. The benefits include provided meals. The work schedule includes evening, morning, and night shifts. The job type is full-time and permanent. Candidates must be willing to commute to Guwahati, Assam, or relocate before starting work. Ideally, applicants should have at least 1 year of work experience.,
