Job Description

We are seeking a courteous and professional individual to join our team as a waiter. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a waiter, they will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escorting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus and answering any questions regarding menu items or specials.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, using a POS system if applicable.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately according to guests' requests.
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Preparing and setting tables with appropriate tableware and linens.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
- Assisting with cleaning and maintaining the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting tables, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Handling guest payments, including processing credit card transactions and making changes accurately.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.
- Upholding the restaurant's standards of service and hospitality at all times.
