Job Title: Steward/Waiter

Job Description:

As a Steward/Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining areas, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work closely with kitchen and service staff to deliver a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and present menus
• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and presentable at all times
• Respond to customer queries and concerns courteously
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café
• Support other staff with opening, closing, and daily operations
