The primary responsibility as an Infoscion consultant involves actively supporting the consulting team throughout various project phases. This includes tasks such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. Alongside, you will be expected to explore alternative solutions by conducting thorough research, which may involve literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluations, and more. Additionally, building proof of concepts (POCs) will be part of your role. Another key aspect of the job is to translate business needs into detailed requirement specifications, define processes, and create functional designs based on identified requirements. You will also be responsible for configuring solution requirements, diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, seeking clarifications, and proposing appropriate solutions. Furthermore, contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions to customers is an integral part of the role. In terms of technical requirements, proficiency in various technologies is expected. This includes expertise in EUC Patching and Distribution, SCCM, Technology Infrastructure, Server Administration, Microsoft Windows, Windows 10 Deployment, and Microsoft Technologies like Windows Server. Preferred skills for this role include experience in Windows Server Administration, Windows, SCCM, Intune, Flexera AdminStudio, and other Microsoft Technologies.
