Job Description

You are a Vice President/Senior Director of Sales at Oakridge Infotech Inc., a role that requires an enthusiastic and analytical mindset. Coming from elite colleges, you will drive enterprise sales across the US geography and be responsible for enhancing the brand, business, sales, and development initiatives. With a minimum of 10-20 years of US sales and Business Development Management (BDM) experience, you will act as a Sales manager to grow the business portfolio, focusing on enterprise-to-enterprise sales. Your responsibilities will include managing P&L for a specific geography, strategically planning initiatives to capture market share, and executing sales strategies to meet performance milestones. You will develop market segmentation and penetration strategies, conduct competitor analysis, optimize resource utilization, and align business missions with overall objectives. Your role requires strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication to lead a successful sales team.
