Job Description

As a Sales/Growth professional in the IT staffing space, you will play a crucial role in expanding a US staffing firm by acquiring new clients and opportunities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a proven track record of growing staffing firms in the US market. Your responsibilities will include: - Establishing and maintaining relationships with direct clients in the US. - Taking ownership of the staffing sales/growth process and being accountable for P&L, business objectives, and targets. - Identifying high-margin opportunities and guiding the business towards strategic pivots in staffing and services. - Leveraging your extensive US recruitment background to collaborate closely with Sales and Account Managers to meet client expectations and prioritize requirements. - Leading a team of professionals to deliver results, foster a positive work environment, and drive productivity through best recruiting practices. - Engaging with global business units and clientele, demonstrating strong coordination skills and target-oriented performance in a high-pressure environment. To be successful in this role, you must have: - At least 10 years of experience in IT staffing, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Sales/Growth. - Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and build high-performing teams. - Mastery of USCIS policies, US staffing strategies, and effective communication with clients. - A Master's degree in Business Administration would be advantageous. - Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to drive business growth and team development.
