As a member of the IWPB Business Finance Team, your primary responsibilities would include supporting the IWPB business in optimizing long-term profitability through in-depth analysis. You will be involved in analyzing strategic options, providing insightful business performance analysis, supporting pricing and product profitability evaluations, overseeing group entities, tracking planned initiatives, and more. The ideal candidate should possess post-graduate qualifications such as CA, MBA, CFA, etc. with 5-6 years of experience. Professional competence in financial accounting procedures, controls, risk management, and quality assurance is essential. Knowledge of systems will be advantageous, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to ask the right questions and challenge effectively is also required.
