As an experienced professional in the field of Financial Crime Detection, you will be joining HSBC, one of the largest banking and financial services organizations globally. Your role as Vice President will require you to lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, security, and cost profile of Financial Crime Detection. Your responsibilities will include developing a clear and compelling product vision aligned with business goals and user needs, engaging with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, and prioritizing features to ensure alignment with strategic goals. You will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap, utilizing Value Stream mapping techniques to optimize workflows, and championing a culture of continuous improvement within an Agile Scrum framework. In this role, you will drive the articulation and embedding of Financial Crime Detection optimization controls, resolve identified issues promptly, and ensure compliance with HSBC control standards. Your leadership and teamwork skills will be crucial in communicating and implementing change management strategies, providing direction at a global level, and fostering a learning agile culture within the team. To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in product management or related roles, with a focus on Agile methodologies. Experience in Financial crime, knowledge of Value Stream mapping techniques, and working with cloud-based technologies are preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential, along with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
