Job Description WCube is recruiting a VP of Engineering into their rapidly growing business. This will be an extremely influential role in the shaping of an ambitious tech community and its essential that a key characteristic of the successful candidate is the ability to positively motivate and drive a team. The successful candidate will work extremely closely with Co-Founders and will be responsible for driving strategy and best practice at all times. Applicants must be able to demonstrate: Experience in an Engineering role with exposure to various JS frameworks The ability to manage, lead and grow multiple tech teams Experience with cloud technologies Handled Scale in Tech Logistics experience will be helpful Qualifications Well need you to: Engineering or similar degree. IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, will be preferred Technologies we work on: Java, Spring boot, Redshift, Angular, AWS, IOT, BLE Strong organizational leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hands on in Java Technology/Backend/Devops is a plus.
