- Offer visions and guidance to engineering product development process.
- Set up partnerships with technology companies and integrate new technologies.
- Associate with IGT’s development teams for successful convergent product offerings.
- Handle product and technology innovations and set up IGT’s products as a market leader.
- Develop and supervise strategies, policies and operating plans of Engineering organization.
- Assess operating results and adjust plans accordingly.
- Execute engineering projects and processes.
- Create and maintain marketing operating budget.
- Prepare engineering guidelines and process.
- Handle company engineering, personnel and product development.
- Set up technology and product roadmaps with CEO.
