Position: Voice Process Trainer
Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore
Salary: INR 30,000 to 35,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Voice Process Trainer to join our Training & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new hires and existing employees on voice processes, ensuring consistent service quality and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct induction and process training for new joiners on voice-based processes (inbound and outbound).
  • Develop and update training modules, scripts, and role-play materials aligned with process requirements.
  • Use effective training techniques (like mock calls, role plays, and assessments) to improve learning and retention.
  • Continuously evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with quality and operations teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Provide refresher training, as needed, to upskill agents and improve performance metrics.
  • Maintain detailed reports and documentation related to training effectiveness and batch performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, client updates, and customer service best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a voice trainer in a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and any regional language (as required by process).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of customer service principles, call handling techniques, and soft skills.
  • Ability to handle a dynamic environment and adapt to different learning styles.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
