Job Description:
We are urgently hiring Customer Support Executives for a prestigious US Banking Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a globally renowned financial client, providing customer service support via voice (inbound/outbound) process.
Key Details:
Start Date: Immediate Joining
Work Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts)
Selection Process: AMCAT, HR, VNA, Operations Round
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum HSC or Graduate from any stream
- At least 1 year of voice process experience (international/domestic)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- No compliance issues (Mandatory to qualify for retention bonus)
Salary Package:
- Base Salary: Up to 35,000
- Additional Allowance: 3,500
Attractive Retention Bonus (July 1st Nov 30th):
- 50,000 for the first 6 months
- 50,000 for the next 6 months
- Or 1,30,000 lump sum after completing 1 year
