Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving queries for customers in a domestic voice process. You will need to have a minimum qualification of HSC & above and be proficient in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages. Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are essential for this role. The job involves working in day shifts with flexible timings such as 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm, 11am - 8 pm, or 12pm - 9pm. You will have rotational week offs as per the schedule. The work location is at Anjani Palladium, located next to Prabhavee Tech Park, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
