Job Description
The Customer Service Voice Process role requires candidates with a qualification of HSC with 6 months of experience or a Graduate. Both Graduate Freshers and experienced individuals are eligible to apply for this position. The shift timings are from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM, with any 9 hours of work. The job follows a 6 days rotational shift pattern with 1 rotational week off. The in-hand salary for this position is 14k. The selection process for this role involves HR round, Typing & written assessment, and OPS round. The job location for this role is in Bhyandar, and there is no transport facility provided. Candidates applying for this role should have fluent English communication skills. This is a full-time job with day shift schedule. Candidates with a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education are preferred for this role, and proficiency in the English language is also preferred. The work location is in person.
