As a VMware System Admin [L1] with 2 to 4 years of experience, your role will involve providing System Admin Support Services to enhance service quality for business users. Your responsibilities will include installing and administering VMware solutions, defining multiple VMs on single hosts, supporting Windows and Linux OS on VMware, addressing incidents related to VMs, working on patching and RFCs, coordinating with other technical teams to address performance issues, proactively handling alerts, and ensuring timely closure of tickets. You must possess strong skills in monitoring alerts, troubleshooting VMs, and basic Windows Server System troubleshooting. Additionally, knowledge and skills in ticketing tools are required for this role. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
