The VMC Section In-charge at Pranav TechOne Pvt Ltd., located in Noida, is responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of the VMC section. You will be tasked with developing and implementing machining programs for VMC machines. Your key responsibilities will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, creating production plans, ensuring quality control measures, developing machining programs using Solidcam software, testing and optimizing programs, troubleshooting issues, maintaining equipment, training and supervising staff, improving production processes, and maintaining accurate documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience and hold a Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (mechanical), diploma, or equivalent. Proficiency in Solidcam is mandatory for this position. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, leadership qualities, and team management skills are essential. The work schedule will be during the day shift with a performance bonus incentive. Prior experience in programming and overall work experience of 1 year is preferred.
