Job Overview:

INSPEN TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a skilled and committed professional to join their team as a VMC Programmer. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge in machine operations, CAM programming, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and understand mechanical and technical drawings
• Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and CNC turning centers
• Develop and edit CAM programs
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and settings for machining operations
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize process parameters
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in VMC programming and CNC operations
• Strong knowledge of CAM software and machining principles
• Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
