Job Description
As a CNC Milling Operator at Synventive Molding Solutions India in Pune, India, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of milling machines. Your core responsibilities include processing hot runner system parts, ensuring timely completion of production tasks, and maintaining daily reports. Additionally, you will be required to conduct self-inspections of parts and fill out inspection reports. Collaborating with the company for overtime work and engaging in 5S related activities will be part of your routine. Any other tasks delegated by your supervisor should be handled efficiently. To qualify for this position, you should have a technical school degree or higher in mechanical or a related field. Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings, understanding tolerance values for various shapes and positions, as well as familiarity with different testing methods and simple measuring instruments is essential. Preferably, you should be well-versed in using Mazak machine tools and have knowledge of general processing procedures. Demonstrating a high level of initiative, responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and a strong team spirit are crucial qualities for this role. You are expected to have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience and be familiar with the Fanuc operating system.,
