Job Description We are seeking an experienced Vlocity EPC Developer with a strong background in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 2 years specializing in Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC). The candidate should be proficient in handling various aspects of Vlocity EPC, including check-ins, Decision Matrix, ABP Matrix, pricing rules, API creation, and advanced rules. This role also involves creating promotions, discounts, and context rules within EPC. Key Responsibilities Vlocity EPC Development : Manage and develop Vlocity EPC-related objects, including performing check-ins and updates. Create and manage Decision and Attribute-Based Pricing (ABP) Matrices within EPC. Define and implement pricing rules for ABP Matrix, ensuring accurate pricing logic. API Development : Develop APIs to expose Decision Matrix data for integration with other systems. Ensure APIs are optimized for performance and security. Advanced Rule Creation : Design and implement advanced rules within EPC to support complex product configurations and business requirements. Develop and maintain promotions, discounts, and context rules to enhance product offerings. Salesforce Development : Leverage Salesforce development experience to integrate EPC with the broader Salesforce ecosystem. Collaborate with Salesforce developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Collaboration and Support : Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into effective EPC solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for EPC-related issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC). Strong knowledge of Vlocity EPC, including check-in processes, Decision and ABP Matrix, pricing rules, and API creation. Experience in creating advanced rules, promotions, discounts, and context rules within EPC. Salesforce and/or Vlocity certifications (e.g., Vlocity EPC Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are desirable. Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
