3+ years experience in retail interiors and home furniture stylist is mandatory Design and implement creative visual merchandising strategies for retail furniture displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Arrange and maintain in-store displays, product placements, and layouts to optimize space utilization and maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to execute seasonal displays, promotional setups, and special campaigns. Conduct market research to identify new trends and innovations in visual merchandising that can be incorporated into store layouts. Monitor product stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of displayed items. Evaluate the effectiveness of display strategies and provide recommendations for improvement. Maintain a high standard of store presentation, ensuring all areas are clean, well-organized, and inviting to customers. Bachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in retail, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry. Strong understanding of visual design principles and the ability to work with color, lighting, space, and display materials. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
