Position Title: Visual Design Intern Location: Delhi (Hybrid) Experience: 01 year Duration: 4 months (Paid Internship) Start Date: Immediate Educational Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Game Design, or related fields. About Vihara Innovation Network Vihara is a social impact organization working at the intersection of public health, design, and behavioral science. We use Human-Centered Design, Systems Thinking, and participatory research to build impactful innovations. Our current focus includes adolescent health, gender equity, family planning, and youth resilience. We are currently designing an interactive board game and related modules aimed at building life skills and emotional resilience among youth. The intern will directly support this initiative. Key Responsibilities Assist in visual development of the game board design, cards, tokens, and related visual elements. Support creation of visual content for life-skills modules and session plans for facilitators. Collaborate with the project team to iterate designs based on field feedback. Support in conducting field sessions within Delhi NCR as required Contribute to packaging insights and visuals into compelling design formats. Help document design assets, maintain organized archives, and support communication needs for the project. Required Skills & Experience Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, miroboard, canva and/or Figma. Strong visual storytelling and design sensibility. Interest in game design, youth engagement, and social impact. Ability to take feedback constructively and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
