Your art will be converted into exclusive Craftico pieces for decor lovers across the country. Key Responsibilities: Create original hand-painted artworks as per brand concepts or custom briefs Work with our design head to adapt themes into physical canvases Experiment with textures, layering, and mediums (acrylics, mixed media, etc.) Meet quality and timeline expectations for each piece Ensure consistency and finish in every artwork delivered Requirements: Strong artistic skills with a unique style Experience in abstract, boho, modern art, or similar styles Ability to replicate or improvise based on reference designs Reliable and committed to timelines Basic understanding of scale and framing (optional but a plus) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 30 per week Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Work Location: In person,
