Key Responsibilities Admission Process Contribution: Assist students throughout the SCHENGEN university admission process, ensuring timely submission of applications and adherence to university-specific requirements. Document Management: Maintain organized and accurate records of all student documents, ensuring neat filing and easy retrieval. Client Communication: Engage with clients to collect missing or additional documents, providing clear guidance on requirements and deadlines. SCHENGEN Universities & Regions Knowledge: Provide students with insights into various SCHENGEN universities and regions, helping them make informed decisions based on their academic and personal preferences. Visa Application Assistance: Guide students through the SCHENGEN student visa application process, ensuring all documentation complies with immigration regulations. Interview Preparation: Conduct mock interviews and provide training to students for SCHENGEN student visa interviews. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest changes in SCHENGEN immigration policies and university admission requirements. Qualifications & Skills Educational Background: Bachelors degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or related fields is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SCHENGEN student visa processing or overseas education consulting. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with students and parents, understanding their needs and concerns. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently. Knowledge: Familiarity with SCHENGEN university admission processes and SCHENGENVI student visa requirements.
