Visa Executive - Travel Desk Operation Executive JD : Role : Experience in handling visa processes and documentation Knowledge of visa regulations and requirements Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills The VISA Executive will be responsible for handling all visa-related processes and documentation for our travelers. This includes assisting with visa applications, coordinating with embassies and consulates, and ensuring compliance with visa requirements. The VISA Executive will also provide support to travelers regarding visa regulations and travel restrictions. Profile : We're looking for a skilled Visa Executive to ensure timely and accurate processing of visa applications, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain strong relationships with embassies/consulates. Key Responsibilities:_ Visa Application Processing 1. Collect and verify required documents from clients. 2. Fill and submit visa applications to embassies/consulates. 3. Follow up on application status and resolve issues. Customer Service 1. Provide visa guidance and support to clients. 2. Respond to client queries and concerns. 3. Ensure client satisfaction.
